Cancellation period & return conditions
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The period begins on the day after delivery of the product. If you have multiple items in one order, the period begins once the last product has been delivered.
Return policy: ✔ Product in original condition – The item must show no signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging. ✔ Exceptions – Personalized products, such as paint-by-number kits with a personal photo, cannot be returned.
🚨 Important: Refusing delivery does not constitute a valid return. In such cases, the package will not be returned to us, and we cannot issue a refund. If you wish to return a product, please accept it first and then return it properly.
💛 Returns for a good cause
We want to handle returns responsibly. Therefore, returned products are not destroyed , but donated to social organizations. Instead of sitting in a warehouse, your return is directly used in meaningful programs where it is most urgently needed.
In this case, our returns go to Irrsinnig Menschlich – an initiative dedicated to mental health and education. Their brand-new, unopened paint-by-numbers set will be used here, among other things:
Art therapy programs in hospitals and care facilities that help patients find peace and healing through creativity.
Community centers that offer creative activities for disadvantaged population groups.
Mental health and wellness programs that use art for stress management and mindfulness.
Educational initiatives that give people access to art materials they would otherwise be unable to afford.
This option ensures that nothing is wasted and simultaneously supports people in difficult life situations.

2️⃣ Prepare for return shipping. Place the product in its original packaging. In the returns portal, select how you would like to return the package.
3️⃣ Refund The refund will be processed as soon as the package has been received by our partner.
📌 You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself, and the return shipment is always at your own risk.
